Come prepared with as many references as possible. I want to make sure I can execute your vision properly! If I need clarification, I may ask you to find additional references that best fit what you had in mind (if you're requesting an experimental illustration, just provide however many you want).

Commissions are for personal use only. You may use the artwork as a social media icon/banner (with credit), wallpaper, or print it for yourself or as a gift.

You may NOT use the artwork for profit or claim as your own. You may not crop or alter my signature.

Commercial use may be discussed via email.

I retain the rights to the final artwork and may display/promote it. If you prefer I didn’t post the artwork on social media, let me know (but note that it may still be used in my portfolio.)

No AI/NFT usage whatsoever.

Sketch/line phase: Major revisions allowed (pose, composition, background changes).

Colour phase: Adjustments allowed. Major revisions subject to a fee.

Rendering phase: Revisions are subject to a fee depending on the request.

I will check in at each stage to make sure things are going in the right direction. If there is something you need me to change, speak up before giving me the green light to continue! It will be harder to make adjustments later on in the process.

That said, once we move on to the next phase, any adjustments to the previous phases will cost a fee.

*For experimental illustrations, I will check in during a rough stage, where you may request one (1) revision or make a suggestion. If you prefer to be surprised, note that no revisions will be accepted.

Full payment is required upfront via Paypal invoice in USD.

For larger commissions, we can discuss a 50% first, 50% later model.

Turnaround time depends on the commission. If you have a due date in mind, let me know and we can discuss.

You will receive a high-res digital file via email, through Google Drive.

You may cancel your commission free of charge before I start working.

Once a payment is made, there are no refunds.

In the event that I am unable to finish the commission, I will issue a 50% refund.

If I reach out to you to take on your commission but I don't hear from you, I will skip you and move to the next person in line.

Fill out my Commission Form. Please make sure you upload references.

If accepted, I will contact you to confirm the order, and send a Paypal invoice.

When payment is received, I will begin the commission.

You will receive updates with each stage (sketch/lines, colour, and render). I will not continue on to the next stage until you confirm that everything looks good, so please make sure to keep in contact with me or your commission will be put on hold.
